Zac Efron 'taking it a day at a time' after rehab stay

The former Disney star Zac Efron says he is "fantastic" after spending time in a rehabilitation centre last summer.

The 28-year-old says he is great but is "taking it a day at a time" at the moment.

He made the comments while talking about his new film Bad Neighbours but did not confirm what he was being treated for.

The actor was speaking to Newsbeat's entertainment reporter Chi Chi Izundu.
