Our stories: We were bullied at school for being gay
A new campaign has been launched to tackle homophobic and transphobic abuse in schools.
The Crown Prosecution Service has created the resource pack for teachers, which includes lesson plans and a DVD.
School staff will be encouraged to download the pack but won't be forced to make use of it.
It has been welcomed by 19-year-old Joshua and 21-year-old Rhys, who were both bulled at school because of their sexuality.
They gave Newsbeat their reaction at an LGBT support group in central London.
