Cyclist's helmet camera films near miss in Devon

Footage obtained by Newsbeat shows a cyclist nearly being knocked off his bike by a careless driver.

It comes as British Cycling and other campaigners call for tougher penalties for drivers who kill or seriously injure cyclists.

Lee, who wears a helmet camera when cycling, filmed one incident on his commute from his home in Devon near Exeter to work.
