'Cyclists should be well lit' says van driver
A van driver has told Newsbeat driving carelessly should be punished but cyclists should be held responsible if they are not well lit at night.
The man, who can't be named for legal reasons, said he risks losing his job if he loses his driving licence after hitting a cyclist.
