How beauty queen became Commonwealth Games weightlifter
Weightlifting and beauty pageants are not usually activities that coincide but for 21-year-old Sarah Davies from Leeds, pairing the two together was an easy decision.
The full time PE teacher, who is representing England at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, says "she is trying to break down the stereotype" of a typical beauty queen.
Sarah, who was Miss Leeds in 2012, says "strong is the new sexy" and is aiming to change the way women view themselves.
Sarah says she was inspired to take up the sport by her weightlifting boyfriend, Jack Oliver, who's also featuring in the Commonwealth Games.
Newsbeat spoke to her about the two very different worlds.
