5SOS singer on that naked Snapchat video that went viral

Calum Hood has spoken for the first time about a naked Snapchat video that went viral this week.

The 5 Seconds of Summer singer and bass player sent the clip of his penis on the social networking site to someone who filmed it and uploaded it to Vine.

His face is not visible in the video but Hood confirmed it was him with a tweet saying: "Least ya know what it looks like now."

Speaking to Newsbeat's music reporter Sinead Garvan, he said: "I'm only 18 years old, so I am learning lessons everyday."

The Australian pop punk band spent most of the day at BBC Radio 1 as part of the station's Even More Music Month.

They performed their new track Amnesia and a cover of Blink 182's I Miss You and were also on Grimmy's Breakfast show.
