Meet Tim Dellow and Toby L, foremost they are mates but they also run a hugely successful independent record label.

From discovering Foals, signing Graham Coxon and working with Two Door Cinema Club, these two know what they are doing.

They have just celebrated ten years as a record label and are now based in Shoreditch, in east London.

So we thought who better to ask for some nuggets of advice on how to start your own label.
