Shuttle Discovery blasts off on final voyage

The space shuttle Discovery has launched from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida in the US for the last time.

After months of delay, the shuttle is finally on its way to the International Space Station.

It is carrying a crew of six and a sophisticated humanoid robot on its 11-day mission.
