Seal filmed swimming in flood water in Cambridgeshire
A seal has been filmed swimming in floodwater in Cambridgeshire.
It is believed the animal swam up the Great River Ouse from King's Lynn, Norfolk and into a flooded RSPB nature reserve near St Ives.
A video of the seal clambering over flood defences was posted on Youtube on 30 December, by user Robjn.
He told the BBC: "At first sight in the water I thought it was a dog in trouble, but as it came up for air I could see it was a seal."
