Invasive box tree caterpillar could spread across UK
Gardening experts are warning that a caterpillar, which can destroy hedging plants in days, is starting to spread from London across the UK.
More than 150 infestations by box tree caterpillars, native to the Far East and India, have been reported to the Royal Horticultural Society this year, up from just 20 last year.
