India 'set to triple CO2 emissions over the next 15 years'

Trying to limit greenhouse gas emissions will be the main focus of talks among world leaders who are gathering in Paris next week.

Many of those attending are making commitments to cap or cut greenhouse gases, but India is not one of them. In fact it is planning a significant increase.
