In a care home in Walthamstow, north-east London, you will find babies, toddlers and elderly residents singing and playing musical instruments together.

Louise Goulden founded the "Together Project" while on maternity leave to bring young and old together, help reduce loneliness and have a positive impact on those residents who have dementia.
