Teenagers share their ask.fm experiences
The social networking site on which Hannah Smith was anonymously abused before she died has said it will help the police investigation into her death.
Ask.fm, based in Latvia, allows its users to post anonymously. Its terms and conditions say members should never use the feature to ask things that are mean or hurtful.
But teenagers Kade and "Claire" - who did not want to use her real name - told the BBC's Tom Bateman they had both had had often been negative experiences on the site.
