Sanjeev Bikhchandaniv did not want a job - so he built what would become India's top website for jobseekers.

Naukri.com turned his company Info Edge into India's top web business, and Mr Bikhchandani into India's wealthiest digital entrepreneur.

With 2,500 employees, Info Edge also runs other websites spanning real estate, matrimony, and education.

Mr Bikhchandani talks about his journey, his struggles, and his first love, start-ups - which he invests in and mentors, almost full-time.
