Game developer welcomes in app fee cap

Game developers Neon Play have welcomed fee caps on in-app purchases to prevent children running up huge bills.

The rules, enforced by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) give games producers until April 1 to make sure they label all gaming costs clearly upfront.

Oli Christie, Neon Play's Chief Executive, told BBC Radio 5 live's Breakfast: "This is certainly welcome for us as we want to stay on the right stay of the law of course and build a sustainable industry."
