Internet everywhere? How the web could be on every surface of a room

Imagine being able to interact with content not just on a TV screen or tablet but on any surface in your living room.

If the SurroundWeb concept from Microsoft comes to fruition it promises just that: an immersive experience that can intelligently 'see' your environment through a connected 3D-camera.

The BBC's North America technology correspondent Richard Taylor saw a prototype in action.
