Hands-on with Microsoft's Surface Pro 3 tablet
Microsoft has unveiled the Surface Pro 3 - a bigger-screened, faster Windows 8 tablet than its predecessor.
The new model features a 12in (30.5cm) touchscreen, which is 38% larger than the previous model.
The firm is pitching it as a replacement for a laptop - comparing it at a press conference to Apple's MacBook Air rather than the iPad.
Although well reviewed, previous versions of the Surface Pro have not been bestsellers.
The BBC's Michelle Fleury tried out the device in New York and quizzed Microsoft's chief executive Satya Nadella about his hardware strategy.
