Ben Heck: How I miniaturised the ZX Spectrum

Ben Heck has made a name for himself in America as a "console modder", modifying old video games consoles.

His Ben Heck Show has a cult following, and sees him hack everyday objects from smartphones to wheelchairs, customising them with his viewers' suggestions.

He came to the UK recently to appear at the Electromagnetic Field camping festival for hackers and makers.

The BBC caught up with him in his tent, where he was hanging out with Christopher Stanton of Element14, to learn how he made his mini-Spectrum ZX.
