Meet Hubo, the robot competing for a $2m prize

A competition designed to accelerate the development of robots that can assist humans in dealing with disasters is taking place on 5 and 6 June 2015.

Robots competing in the Darpa Robotics Challenge have to complete a series of tasks including driving a car, turning off a gas valve and moving over rubble with the minimum of human help.

The winning team will receive a $2m (£1.31m) prize.

BBC Click's Spencer Kelly meets a South Korean team and its robot as they practice before heading off to the competition.
