Amazon walker Ed Stafford dines on ocelot

Ed Stafford has spent almost two-and-a-half years walking through the Amazon basin.

The 34-year-old former Army captain from Leicestershire is believed to be the first person to complete the 4,000 mile trek from source to sea. He charted his journey along the way through a blog and video posts.

Ed and his walking companion Cho were often forced to improvise sources of food, either having to scavenge or rely on the kindness of strangers.

One occasion saw him treated to a dinner of some form of cat, probably an ocelot.
