RSPCA charges Mary Bale over cat in bin CCTV

A woman featured in CCTV footage putting a cat in a bin in Coventry, has been charged with animal cruelty offences by the RSPCA.

Mary Bale, of St Michael's Road, has been charged with causing unnecessary suffering to a cat and of not providing the animal with a suitable environment.
