What impact will The Spending Review have on the elderly?

All this week BBC Breakfast is travelling across the UK to see how towns and cities are preparing for the deep cuts that are expected in next week's Comprehensive Spending Review.

There are fears that local services will be hit particularly hard, from street lighting provision to local libraries and even care for the elderly.
