Cyber-crime and terror are 'top UK threats'

International terrorism and attacks on vital computer networks are set to be named as among the biggest threats to UK security.

The findings are from the Government's National Security Strategy, published on Monday.

They could also help shed light on which areas of the defence budget may escape the worst of the cuts
