How Coventry City Council plans to save £45m with cuts

Later this week we'll find out exactly how the chancellor plans to cut billions of pounds in public spending.

But many local councils are not waiting for Wednesday's spending review as they are already making savings.

Coventry City Council is planning to save £45 million of cuts next year.
