Cornish flooding leaves many homes deep in water

Helicopters have been scrambled to help rescue people trapped in their homes by flooding in Cornwall.

Many houses in St Austell and the neighbouring areas have been affected by the rising water levels, as well as local roads.

Many cars have also been abandoned.
