Hundreds of schools in England face 'failing' tag

The definition of a ''failing'' school is to change as part of a wide range of reforms to the education system in England.

It will apply to schools with GCSE pass rates below 35% at grades A* to C, Education Secretary Michael Gove has said.

The changes are included in the Education White Paper to be published on Wednesday.

The BBC's Nick Robinson reports.
