Passenger anger at Heathrow airport flight delays

A traveller who contacted the BBC has said that passengers were "left to fend for themselves" at Heathrow airport after the cancellation of flights.

Gareth Jones was due to fly from London to Havana on Saturday. He described the scene at the airport as "chaotic", and said he was angry about the lack of information and care.

Thousands of travellers have been stranded at Heathrow, and hundreds more at Gatwick, as snow continues to disrupt much of the UK.

There will be no flight arrivals at Heathrow on Sunday and only a handful of departures, while many Gatwick flights are affected.
