Heathrow's second runway opens after four days

The second runway at Heathrow Airport has finally reopened after being closed for four days.

But thousands of passengers remain stranded with many now waiting for delayed flights in tents set up outside the terminals.

There are questions about why the airport's owners BAA turned down an offer from the army to help clear the snow.
