Passenger describes 'homeless' conditions at Heathrow

Ice and snow brought planes to a standstill at Heathrow this weekend and forced many passengers to bed down on the terminal floors.

Sarah Randall had planned to travel to Bali with her family on Saturday morning but ended up spending the night at Heathrow after waiting on a plane for over five hours.
