Police seek anti-social behaviour changes

Eight police forces in England and Wales want to change the way they deal with complaints about anti-social behaviour.

The move follows the death of Fiona Pilkington who killed herself and her disabled daughter after years of abuse in Leicestershire.

But how will the new proposals work and how will they make any difference?
