Businesses demand action from PM over record fuel costs

There are calls for David Cameron to fulfil an election pledge to limit fuel duty increases, as prices reach record highs.

The Federation of Small Businesses wants the prime minister to introduce a stabiliser where duty would fall when petrol prices went up, and only rise when prices fell.
