Grooming starts 'within seven seconds', says safety advisor

A mobile phone application which claims to identify adults posing as children is to be released.

Jon Taylor, a former police officer who is now an internet safety consultant told BBC Breakfast that attempts to groom children happen "within seven seconds" of a child introducing themselves in a chat room.
