Documentary on poor hospital food after patient blog
When Mark Sparrow had to spend 10 weeks in hospital, he became so disgusted with the meals he was given each day, that he started taking photos and posting them on a blog.
His images of tasteless meat and poorly cooked vegetables attracted a huge following and they are now being used as part of an investigation into hospital food by the team at Channel 4's Dispatches.
Mike Duckett from the Hospital Caterers Association joined Mark Sparrow on the Breakfast sofa.
