UK oil worker speaks of 'mass hysteria' at Tripoli airport

Bryan Richards managed to get on a Polish plane bound for Warsaw, from where he spoke to the BBC News Channel.

Many stranded Britons have criticised the government's response to the crisis.

Foreign Secretary William Hague said delays in supplying planes to evacuate Britons had been "infuriating".
