Relieved Britons return home from Libya

Rescue efforts have been stepped up to help Britons stranded in the growing unrest in Libya.

A plane chartered by oil companies has arrived back in the UK and another left Tripoli on Thursday morning.

There are reports of chaotic scenes at the capital's airport, as thousands of foreign nationals try to escape the escalating violence.
