Max Mosley will appeal against sex case privacy ruling
Ex-motorsports boss Max Mosley has lost his European Court of Human Rights bid to force newspapers to warn people before exposing their private lives.
The verdict in Strasbourg is a blow to his campaign for tighter privacy laws, although he has the right to appeal.
Victory might have led to new privacy laws, which press bosses oppose.
Mr Mosley told the BBC that he was "obviously disappointed" by the ruling, but he would seek leave to appeal against the decision.
