Max Mosley loses European court privacy law bid

Former head of world motor sport Max Mosley has lost his fight for tougher privacy laws.

He had wanted the European Court of Human Rights to require newspapers to warn people before publishing stories about their private lives.

But the judges decided there were already enough rules in place.
