Burglary victim: 'I was determined he wouldn't get away'

For anyone who has been burgled, the knowledge that a stranger has been in their home can often be worse than the loss of what was stolen.

New guidelines are recommending judges give more weight to victims' feelings when sentencing in burglary cases.
