Lord Coe: 'I know how disappointing this must be'

Thousands of people have been expressing their anger and frustration at missing out on tickets for the London 2012 Olympic games.

Tickets were issued by a lottery system which has left some people with thousands of pounds worth of tickets while others have none.

Lord Coe, the head of the games organising committee, said he remained convinced that the system had been fair.
