Kate Middleton's childhood home auctioned

The childhood home of the Duchess of Cambridge has been sold at auction for £485,000 - £10,000 less than the guide price.

The four-bedroom house in Bradfield Southend, Berkshire, was bought by Kate Middleton's parents, Michael and Carole, in 1979.

Auctioneer Dudley Singleton, who knew the Middletons and sold the house for them in 1995, showed Alison Moss around.
