Jamie Sewart: 'I still use Facebook'
A juror who used facebook to contact a defendant has been jailed for eight months.
Joanne Fraill is the first juror to be prosecuted for contempt of court for using the internet.
Jamie Sewart, the defendant in the orignal drug trial where Fraill was on the jury, was given a two-month sentence which was suspended for two years after being found guilty of contempt.
Speaking outside the High Court in London, Ms Sewart said she felt sorry for Fraill.
