Navy showcases skills as part of Armed Forces Week

They risk their lives to serve their country but because of the nature of their jobs people rarely see them at work.

Soldiers, sailors and the men and women of the RAF have been gathering in Edinburgh to showcase their skills.

It is all part of Armed Forces Week and as part of the build-up the BBC went on exercise with HMS Portland in the North Sea.
