Liam Fox targets waste in 'radical' MoD shake-up

Liam Fox has set out plans for what is being described as a radical re-organisation of the Ministry of the Defence, including a cut in the number of senior officers.

The defence secretary said the MoD was top heavy and an over-bureaucratic system had led to poor decision-making and financial management.
