Police and rioters 'played cat and mouse' in Birmingham

Police and rioters in Birmingham were chasing each other "like cat and mouse", according to one resident who watched events unfolding in the city centre.

Phil Oldershaw watched looters taking stock from an electrical store, and said it was like "organised lawlessness".
