Dale Farm Travellers vow to fight eviction

Travellers facing eviction from a site in Essex are making last minute preparations tonight, with bailiffs due to arrive in the morning.

Around 80 families living on Dale Farm are due to be evicted following a decade-long row with Basildon Council over a number of unauthorised plots.

They say they will lock themselves on to their property and stay there for 'as long as it takes'.
