Lockerbie bomber: New facts to be revealed

The man convicted of the Lockerbie bombing has claimed "the truth will become clear one day".

In an exclusive interview with Reuters, Abdelbaset al-Megrahi said he hoped "new facts" would be announced "in the near future", but refused to explain further.

He also described how he was running short of vital medicine. Mr Megrahi was released after being diagnosed with terminal cancer.
