'Biggest strike for a generation' may go ahead

Cabinet Office Minister Francis Maude has suggested the government could withdraw its latest pension offer if millions of public sector workers go on strike as planned on 30 November.

He said the the offer was 'as good as it gets'.

But unions say the government is still not negotiating properly and until that changes, the strikes - which could be the biggest in a generation - will go ahead.

The BBC's Ben Wright reports.
