Would Unison be able to sue Clarkson over his comments?

Unison says it is taking urgent legal advice over what it calls 'appalling' comments made by Jeremy Clarkson about Wednesday's strike by public sector workers.

The union wants the BBC to sack the Top Gear presenter, who said on The One Show that the strikers should be 'shot'.

Radio 5 live's Shelagh Fogarty asked media lawyer Mark Stephens if they could bring Clarkson to court.
