NHS senior manager awarded compensation in race row
A senior NHS manager who was awarded almost £1m compensation for racial discrimination and unfair dismissal has told Radio 5 live that the organisation needs to take responsibility for what happened.
Elliot Browne told Victoria Derbyshire that at first he did not think the way he was being treated was down to race.
Central Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is appealing the judgement.
