Occupy protesters 'will appeal' against court ruling

The High Court has told the anti-capitalist protesters who have been camped outside Saint Paul's Cathedral in London since October, to leave.

The City of London Corporation had argued that the land around the cathedral was a public thoroughfare.

The Occupy campaigners said it was a case about freedom of expression.

John Cooper QC, a barrister acting for the protesters, told reporters outside the High Court that they would appeal.
